I'm a local guy who loves real estate in every capacity! Helping first time home buyers find the home that's turn key ready, one that needs some TLC or one they want to begin their family in to the hard core investor looking to maximize his or her return on investment (ROI) and everything in between. I have an eye for preparing your home to sell and staging it to perfection! Pictures are what gets buyers through the door, and my wife has been perfecting her skills over the last 5 years every chance she gets.
I became a landlord for the first time in 2002 when I bought a 3 unit on Park Ave and wanted to build rentals for my retirement while I was pursuing my dream of becoming a cop. I realized negotiating was something I thrived on, as well and decided to get licensed and become a Real Estate Agent. From day-to-day, you will find me helping the Greater Rochester community I live in with buying and selling homes, flipping houses and providing referrals in my growing network.
