I am a full time licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients best interests in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes Region. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of neighborhoods, current values, contracts, effective negotiation and related services, including financing, and inspections.
As a former home builder while working closely with people throughout the design and building of their home I developed a keen appreciation for each client’s individual needs, the importance of good communication and what it takes to build a relationship based on trust and integrity.
In 2007 with that same passion and integrity I transitioned into a real estate career. I found the crossover to be a perfect and natural fit and a helpful advantage to my clients.
