About Allison
Allison (Ally) Koczent is a lifelong Geneva resident who has spent more than seven years helping Finger Lakes families buy and sell homes, with over 100 closed transactions to her name. After a brief step back from active sales, she's returned to the work she loves as a member of Kimberly Boehm's office at Empire Realty Group in Lyons, where she brings both her sales experience and her behind-the-scenes expertise in transaction coordination and listing
management. It's a combination that means her clients get an agent who knows every stage of a deal inside and out, from the first showing to the closing table.
Ally built her reputation on relationships, not transactions. Her clients tend to become repeat clients, and her referral network speaks to how people feel after working with her. She's known for being honest even when the news isn't what you hoped to hear. Buyers and sellers alike appreciate that she treats their move like it's her own. Outside of real estate, Ally is deeply woven into the Geneva community. She sits on several local boards, including the Friends of Geneva General Hospital, Geneva Family YMCA and the Town Planning Board.
