About Nick
I got into real estate in 2022 to be on the inside of the industry I’m passionate about— commercial real estate investing. Since then, I’ve built my career on aggressively pursuing opportunities that help my clients grow, whether that’s finding the right investment property to maximize returns or uncovering the perfect space to take their business to the next level. I thrive on deal-making, creative financing, and putting together transactions that others might miss. To me, it’s like solving a puzzle—matching people with the right property and turning ideas into results. While commercial real estate is my focus, I also take pride in guiding select residential clients through big transitions—whether it’s a first home, a dream home, or the next stage of life. Every client and situation are unique, and I bring the same energy and commitment to helping families as I do to building businesses. I live in Penfield with my wife, our four wonderful kids, and our German Shepherd pup, Chewy. Outside of real estate, I’m an avid runner, coffee and espresso enthusiast, and lover of the outdoors. My happy place is always changing—sometimes it’s working in the yard, sometimes it’s on the trails, sometimes it’s skiing the mountains with friends and family—but it always comes back to making memories with the people I love.
