About Sheila
As a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker and Associate Broker, I have assisted many clients in purchasing residential, commercial and new builds. I am committed to transacting and negotiating the best deal for my clients. My service goes beyond the closing, staying in touch and helping with all real estate questions is an integral part of good real estate practice. My goals are to continue to be educated and updated in the new real estate changes,grant programs and laws and ethics. For many years I have worked hard to build a network of lawyers, inspectors and needed professionals to ensure that my clients have the best experience possible.
I was Broker of Varnado Realty, and my focus was educating buyers through my Home Coaching Program. I will continue to deliver the highest level of service and professionalism at Empire Realty Group.
On a personal level, I am married with 2 children and 4 grandchildren. We love spending family time together. I enjoy cooking, singing and dancing, gardening and going on vacation. My hobbies include attending estate sales and decorating. I also volunteer in bible educational work, along with peer coaching persons in addiction.
