As a listing agent, I take a systematic approach to determining your property's best assets, attributes and selling points to position your home on the market that will gain the attention it deserves.  I will use market analysis tools to run comparisons while staying ahead of market trends. Remember, even the most beautiful property still requires the right photographs and staging techniques to captivate an audience.  The professional staging and photography teams I partner with will highlight your property to show the most elegant views of your home, both inside and out!  In addition to listing your home on the local Multiple Listing System (MLS), I strive to attract new prospective buyers via ListHub, print, social media and hosting open houses.
